Somwhere in Vancouver+ for FSX there is a "wall of fame" where everyone who has ever tested a version of Vancouver+ is listed. When you know where it is, it's logical.
Might be easier for locals to find, but there is a trick to it.
Happy hunting!
Jon

Nope... still searching...
Tried the Sheraton Wall, Sea Wall, Stadium...
Oh well, you did a good job to hide it...

Not yet... I am ggogling any reference to walls in Vancouver. There seem to be a lot of Graffiti walls there too.
The bridge signs are still the same ones from the FS2004 version though, yes?
Or is it possible that I am still flying on a beta? Was there a difference?

Bridge signs are almost, but not quite, the same, but that's not the way to go...
The last beta was the same as the final... what version do you have on your configurator screen?

Jon mentioned this quite some time back.
Well I looked and looked... and looked. I'd figured the bridge signs would be the most obvious place. Needless to say, I never found it.
So this time I went back again only now I said to myself, 'where would I put a wall if I wanted to hide it, but still make it possible for the guys to find?'
Tah...dah! I finally found it!

So it does exist!!
Good job. I've been spending many, many hrs and was just about to go for another try to find it. If nothing else, these searches for the wall are a good way to explore the wonderful scenery!
One question: does it show up, even on lower settings (e.g. scenery complexity)?
BTW Jon: We arrive later this week for a long due visit, mainly to check out how they made the real thing look like your scenery!

Hey, Bert, it appears at complexity settings of "normal" or higher.
Thanks for visiting the area, let us know if the real-world matches up properly!

It's amazing isn't it !?? Nina and I visited the area last year and I too kept saying 'look that's exactly as it is in VancouverPlus !'. Our local friends were even more amazed that we knew our way around so well.....

Ya Bert, there used to be 3, it was so cool. I cheated a bit and left two in. Glad you had a good trip.
You were DANG close to the wall of fame when you were looking at that fuel station ....

Oh man... you've done it.. I WAS going to turn off my machine and go spend some quality time with the missus.... now I HAVE to go try again!!!
Really enjoyed the trip and we'll be back in September for a week. But: Later this year (mid-November) we're hoping to relocate to BC to stay for good! I can always download the scenery for the Netherlands if I get homesick

Indeed Francois! It's no comparison...
The only thing I could miss from here is cheese, and that can be flown in daily with KLM
Sooo I spent 2 hrs toodling around last night, but still haven't found the wall. I'm wondering if my settings are too low... I have scenery complexity at "dense" and autogen at normal"".
Or maybe I should just go see an optometrist
