Dear customers, friends and pilots,

since it seems we are getting more and more people asking for support who have NOT legitimately BOUGHT our products, we have to add some additional protection.
The 'support' on our products is our #1 priority and we LOVE doing it, but it is also extremely expensive. A large company could and would NEVER provide you the levels you are experiencing here from us (and many other small FS outfits.)

However.....
we find an increasing number of people asking for help who have NOT BOUGHT the products, but rather got it via the Pirate Bay or other such sleazy 'organizations' and individuals. THEIR number is, unfortunately, increasing too.

So.. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SUPPORT, please display YOUR ORDER NUMBER or your PayPal PAYMENT NUMBER of the product you are seeking help for. .
Some of our customers already do it voluntarily, and we thank them for that.

You can put it in your signature, or just atop of your request for help, for instance like this:

Super Cub X (simMarket) ORDER Number: 999999
Plum Island (Flight1) Order Number: 999999
Tongass X (Flight1) Order Number: 999999

Alternatively you may contact us via email personally at support@fsaddon.eu, also while specifying your order number for the product you need help on.
