Strange bakground texture near Vancouver

Hi all,
I love Van Plus (only places where I fly more often are Tongass and the Alps) even if my system does not allows to use the maximum of details.
I run FSX with Acceleration on Vista 32.
I think to have some problem with textures .
Along the River near Vancouver at N49° 9.50' W123° 0.28' I find an Industrial Plant on a strange grey background (concrete?).
Is that correct? Can someone confirm what he sees there?
I think that some third party addon may have replaced a default texture. Beside Vanplus X with Victoria plus and CYYJ2009 I only have the three UTX , Austria Pro X, Switzerland Pro X and Tongass X.
I have found a similar texture (even this out of place) near Friday Harbour , just at the beginning of the default flight

Can someone point me in the right direction to correct this ? (if it is an error)

Guido,

This look like the rock texures at Petersburg in the Tongass area.
Have you tried to run the V+ configurator? This might clear it up.

Well, it is not normal. I don't know if Jon has time to have a look. He does still pop in here from time to time, even if he has mostly left 'the business'.

I believe it is normal, folks. It's a custom texture of Holger's. At Friday Harbor it represents a gravel pit, and a concrete factory work area at the LeFarge plant in Richmond.... when Holger comes back he can confirm that's the correct texture, but it's what I see.

I recall when designing Vic+ we wondered whether to put the texture in at Friday Harbor, as it is so jarring. But check out Google Earth and you'll find it similar.
